Miguel Munoz
DIRECTOR OF MANUFACTURING
When this trade called my name back in 1999, I never imagined it would become my true passion. I started out working for a major independent cab, door, and entrance manufacturer, where I learned the ins and outs of the business, how to manage a crew, and how to help develop their skills along the way.
Working with customers, suppliers, and our own team certainly has its challenges, but there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing a completed project roll out the door. I love this work, and I’m proud of the crew that helps make it all possible.
Our top priority is delivering quality products with zero issues for our customers. To make that happen, communication is key – being open and honest with our suppliers who provide the materials, coordinating with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery, and keeping customers informed every step of the way.
There’s a quote I once read that sums it up perfectly:
“Manufacturing is more than just putting parts together. It’s coming up with ideas, testing principles, and perfecting the engineering, as well as final assembly. The biggest room in the world is the room for improvement.”
