Elsie Rodriguez

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

My name is Elsie Rodriguez. I was born in Miami, FL, raised in Venezuela, and returned to the United States in 2003. Since 2022, I’ve been employed at IDEC Elevator Products as an Administrative Assistant. I enjoy contributing to the growth of the company by providing strong communication and service to our vendors, customers, and subcontractors.

To expand my knowledge, I’ve taken on additional responsibilities whenever possible, which has helped me develop the skills needed to grow my career within the company. I recently completed an Advanced Accounting course and have been mentoring for the past six months with the Accounts Payable Supervisor at our corporate headquarters in Salisbury, MD.

Learning and growing are my passions. I believe the more knowledge I gain, the more valuable I am as both an employee and a coworker. My goal is to continue excelling in my current role while taking on more accounting responsibilities.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our three beautiful children. Most weekends, you’ll find us at the soccer field or traveling for games.
