FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER

With more than 31 years of experience in the elevator manufacturing and vertical transportation industry, I’ve developed deep technical knowledge and built strong, lasting client relationships. My journey began at IDEC in 1993 under then-owner and President, Jim Frentzos. A Greek immigrant and engineer, Jim worked at Canton Elevator and consulted for Minnesota Elevator for over 20 years before founding IDEC in 1989. He established a strong foundation for IDEC in the Southeast United States until his untimely passing from cancer in 2003. I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor.

Today, I serve as Field Operations Manager and Sales Consultant, though over my tenure with IDEC I’ve held roles ranging from Manufacturing Director to Vice President and General Manager. These varied positions have strengthened my ability to listen thoughtfully to client needs, address challenges, and take effective action. I’m proud to be a trusted resource for both our clients and our team. Currently, I manage multiple accounts and have consistently exceeded goals across more than three decades, navigating through diverse and often challenging economic conditions.

Outside of my career in vertical transportation, I’ve been happily married to Renee Frentzos Molinary since 2005. We have a daughter, Jaime Michelle, and on Valentine’s Day 2024 we were blessed to become first-time grandparents to our granddaughter, Everly James Sullivan.
