1. Raw Material Staging: Sheets of high-grade metal are sourced and staged for production. Materials are organized for efficient handling and traceability.

2. Shearing: Using industrial shearing equipment, the raw sheets are cut into appropriate sizes and shapes for further processing. This step ensures consistent and accurate base dimensions.

3. Punching: Advanced CNC punching machines precisely cut holes, slots, and forms into the metal. This stage supports both standardized patterns and fully custom configurations.

4. Forming (Bending/Braking): Using press brakes, the punched metal sheets are shaped into structural components such as panels, frames, and supports. Skilled operators handle both the EVO III and Durma machines to ensure perfect bends and angles.
